What Should I expect in the first session?
Your first session is a time to build connection, gather background information, and discuss goals. For children, this may involve play-based activities to help them feel comfortable and safe.
The first session is collaborative, supportive, and paced according to your comfort level.
Do you accept insurance and Medicaid?
Yes. We accept Medicaid and many major insurance plans. Our team is happy to help verify benefits and answer any questions about coverage, copays, or billing.
How long does therapy usually last?
The length of therapy depends on each client's needs, goals, and circumstances. Some clients benefit from short-term support, while others engage in longer-term therapy to address deeper concerns.

Do you offer evening and weekend appointments?
Yes. Many of our therapists offer evening and weekend availability to accommodate busy families and work schedules.
What ages do you work with?
We work with children (3+), teens, adults, couples and families. Our Collective includes therapists who specialize in different age groups and developmental stages.
